- Once you’ve placed an order with us, it takes upto 48 business hours for us to onboard you, design, print and quality check your order before shipping. Once shipped, the tracking details are shared with you and the status of your order can also be tracked via My Account section via this link here.
- Once dispatched, you receive tracking information and your order can be tracked online. Delivery time for Standard shipping is estimated to be between 2-6 business days and for orders with Express shipping, it takes between 1-3 working days to deliver, depending on where you are located.
– Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests prior to onboarding you. Once we’ve finished the onboarding process, unfortunately we can not accommodate cancellation requests as your design goes to production. You will be intimated via email for each status in the process.
Your order may also be cancelled from our end in cases of incorrect order (such as if order is placed with incorrect currency) or if the onboarding remains incomplete for extended periods of time.
In cases of cancellations, you are issued a full refund to your original payment method. The timeline of this refund can be between 3-10 business days depending on where you are transacting from.
